Justice Information Exchange Model

Attention JIEM Users:
New! JIEM Release 3.4 is now in production. Descriptions of the changes and additional features are contained in the Release Notes 3.4 PDF (27kb). A PowerPoint presentation illustrating the major changes of this release is also available: JIEM 3.4 Highlights (2.9mb).

The JIEM enhancements included in Release  3.4 were funded by the Bureau of Justice Assistance, U.S. Department of Justice. These enhancements include:
  • Integration with the Subset Schema Generation Tool (SSGT) for Global Justice XML Data Model (GJXDM) schema subset development.
  • The capability to associate multiple receiving agencies within one exchange.
  • A new auto-renumbering capability.

Training on these new features will be provided. Dates for this training will be posted along with the regular JIEM class schedule at www.search.org/programs/info/jiem-training.asp.
